I joined Tecumseh in December 2022 because it is a company with a great brand undergoing an exciting transformation. Businesses go through different cycles from startup, family owned, publicly traded and privately held as they progress. Over the past several years, Tecumseh has gone through a period where it is redefining itself from an overexpanded diversified commercial and industrial components company back to its core of compressor and refrigeration systems. It can be difficult and rewarding redefining a business, but the challenge to do this well and re-establish a great brand with wonderful people are the main reasons I work at Tecumseh.

During my career, I found what I enjoy and challenges me the most professionally is implementing change for the better of the business. This can be done on an individual project, department restructure, organization change or redefinition of an entire business model. At Tecumseh, we are doing all of this and setting up the business to be a strong global presence in the Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration markets.

Striving to continuously learn, whether formally through education, earning a private pilot license, improving at golf or fitness as well as interpersonal and business relationships are constant in my life.
