I joined Tecumseh in the middle of 2020 while much of the world was “locked down” and travel was heavily restricted. Being the new CFO of a large, global organization and not being able to travel was a real challenge! Why? Because getting to know our people, how best to work with them, and how to help them to achieve their goals is one of the most important things I do. It has taken some time, but I have had the opportunity to work with so many incredible people at Tecumseh, and it was worth the wait.

What I love most about being part of Tecumseh is that we come from so many different cultures, environments and backgrounds, yet we are all working together to keep this company moving in the right direction. We focus on looking forward, not backward. We focus on solutions, not problems. We’re empowered to make positive changes. We make sure to find time to appreciate our differences and celebrate our many successes. We are #OneTecumseh, and I couldn’t be happier to be part of it.
