Maintain accurate inventory records and stock position updates.
Manage store operations, ensuring proper planning, coordination, and material handling.
Maintain documentation and records in both hard copy and digital formats (receipts, challans, etc.).
Prepare GRN (MRIR) and manage returnable and non-returnable gate passes.
Maintain inward and outward registers and ensure proper record keeping.
Generate Daily Acceptance Reports (DAR) and update relevant records.
Identify rejected materials and coordinate Return to Vendor (RTV) through the purchase department, including invoice generation.
Implement and maintain FIFO inventory practices.
Monitor and manage shelf-life items, racks, and bin locations within the store.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and procedures in stores operations.
Plan and monitor Raw Material Requirement (RMR) to support production needs.
Conduct monthly perpetual inventory verification and stock audits.
Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) and follow up with vendors through the purchase department.

Required Qualifications

Any Undergraduate (UG) or Postgraduate (PG) degree.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in:
- Store management
- Physical stock verification
- Inventory control
- Documentation and stock audits
