Process Engineering (Precision Machining) - Sr. Engineer/Asst. Manager

Key Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for coordinating day to day machine shop operations related issues in Production.

• Implement Quality improvement projects

• Implement cost saving projects

• Tracking of consumables and optimizing the usage

• Maintain Tool, Fixtures drawings and preventive Maintenace of Electrodes and fixtures

• New Product development

• CNC Programming hands on experience is must


Job Competencies: 1) High work standards - Integrity, Motivation, Planning and organizing, Problem Solving 

 2) Strong Leadership - Cross-functional

 3) Strong coaching / facilitating skills 

 4) Capability of managing matrix relationship 

 5) Strong Communication skills 


 Education & Experience : BE in Mechancal Engg / BE in Manufacturing technology. Total experience of Min. 4 to 5 years in process engg. function preferably in a reputed Compressor / HVAC / Manufacturing Industries. Technology requirements (i.e.  Microsoft Office, Auto CAD). Proficient in MS Office.
