Program Manager
Purpose :-
Incumbent will act as a Program Manager to strategize and continuously identify the opportunities for cost reduction and manage projects to achieve targets.
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Support the management in strategy formulation, improvisation projects, cost reduction and other business ongoing growth projects.
- Research, prioritize, and follows up on all the Projects undertaken including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response
- Acts a single point of contact to drive the strategic projects and cost effective initiatives, provide thought leadership and collaborate with the concerned stakeholders including global team.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, align with Tecumseh’s strategic objectives and converts strategy into project execution and implementation.
- For various assigned deliverables, collect requisite data, build data models, derive insights, present findings & presentations to the management. Proactively pursue sources of data and insight needed to complete analysis and ensure pace of progress and quality of analysis are maintained in line with the expectations of the management and project sponsor.
- Engage closely with functional heads and associated members across Tecumseh who are responsible for planning and implementing change, provide problem-solving support, and facilitate decision-making and consensus-building as part of a team
- Represent India in Global forums and engage with Global stakeholders to improve the funnel of opportunities.
Education & Experience :-
- Engineering Background with a master’s degree in Supply Chain with Min. 3+ years of experience, BTech or MBA from Tier - 1 Institutes i.e IIT, IIM,etc.
- Freshers from premium institute can also apply for the role.
