SCM Associate (Order, Warranty and Spare Management)

  1. Release of Monthly Production Plan/ able to run the MRP through the advanced Excel / ERP
  2.  Order Booking as per sales requirements 
  3. Daily dispatch update to customer on their schedules and PO's
  4. Tracking reports consignment/cargo, material supply flow.
  5. Vendor co-ordination / payments / Vendor Reconciliation.
  6. GST tax /e-way bill and IRN system.
  7. Generation of MIS on Sale/Inventory/WIP IN Daily basis
  8. Handling of Non-conformance parts / Return to vendor with Invoice booking.
  9. Processing of orders as per discount slab /policy.
  10. Spare Management - Keeping the records, reports and analysis
  11. Knowledge on basic commercial taxes/ HSN classification
  12. Knowledge on Import duties as an added advantage.
  13. Knowledge on Oracle/ SAP
