SCM Associate (Order, Warranty and Spare Management)
- Release of Monthly Production Plan/ able to run the MRP through the advanced Excel / ERP
- Order Booking as per sales requirements
- Daily dispatch update to customer on their schedules and PO's
- Tracking reports consignment/cargo, material supply flow.
- Vendor co-ordination / payments / Vendor Reconciliation.
- GST tax /e-way bill and IRN system.
- Generation of MIS on Sale/Inventory/WIP IN Daily basis
- Handling of Non-conformance parts / Return to vendor with Invoice booking.
- Processing of orders as per discount slab /policy.
- Spare Management - Keeping the records, reports and analysis
- Knowledge on basic commercial taxes/ HSN classification
- Knowledge on Import duties as an added advantage.
- Knowledge on Oracle/ SAP
