Qualification
Diploma in Fire & Safety / Industrial Safety
Experience
2–5 years: Safety Officer / Safety Supervisor
Fire Safety Management
Monitor and maintain fire safety systems and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections of fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, and sprinkler systems.
Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate fire drills and emergency evacuation procedures.
Workplace Safety
Conduct safety inspections and hazard identification at the workplace.
Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Monitor compliance with safety standards and procedures.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases.
Training & Awareness
Provide safety training to employees and contractors.
Conduct fire safety awareness programs.
Educate employees on emergency response procedures.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training programs.
Prepare safety reports and compliance documentation.
Assist in preparing safety audit reports.
Emergency Response
Respond to fire incidents and emergency situations.
Lead evacuation procedures during emergencies.
