Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform all duties as directed by Supervisors or Managers
Work in a safe manner while performing to meet all requirements
Ability to follow instructions
Must be willing to work with all team members
Possess adequate skills to perform various production jobs and willingness to cross-train
Ability to maintain 5S standards and propose ideas for improvement
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work safely, follow all safety rules, improve 5S and lead by example
Ability to read, interpret and follow wiring schematics / diagrams and other documentation to achieve certification in wiring
Capable of performing wiring operations on all Systems production lines at production rate
Possess skills for basic troubleshooting of electrical systems
Must maintain an excellent attendance record
