I joined Tecumseh in 1995 to pioneer the Condensing unit business in Southeast Asia, which gradually expanded to all of Asia (including Australia and New Zealand). Over the many years, I have witnessed many changes in the organization and business environment. Hence, I have learned change is a “constant” and more importantly, I have learned to adapt to changes positively.

Prior to joining Tecumseh, I had 11 years of manufacturing experience in the industry which was an added advantage to start the operation. What was lacking in the beginning were sales & marketing experience and product design. My team and I learned everything from scratch. Looking back to our humble beginnings, I attribute our success to three guiding principles – Hard work, Honesty and Humility.

My passion (beside driving the business) is to develop the next generation of leaders to take the business in Asia to the next level. I believe in investing in people because they are the most valuable assets in the organization.
